Egyptian mills keep rebar prices unchanged
Egyptian mills have not announced any change in October-delivery rebar prices. Since mid-August, rebar prices have been the same in Egypt, Kallanish notes.
Mills’ ex-works net rebar prices, 10-20 days payable after delivery date, including 14% VAT, are at EGP 17,670/tonne ($792) for Ezz Steel, EGP 17,570/t ($788) each for Suez, Masryeen and Egyptian Steel, and EGP 17,550/t ($787) for Al Marakby and Al Garhy. Misr Steel is quoting rebar at EGP 17,45…
