Egypt extends anti-dumping duties amid shrinking domestic utilisation
Egyptian steel sector participants have been recently informed of the Ministry of Trade and Industry's four-year anti-dumping duties extension effective from 1 June 2023.
The ministry wrote an official letter about the extension dated 10 July to the Egyptian Customs authority. The decree stipulates AD duties on rebar and wire rod from China, Türkiye and Ukraine, notes Kallanish.
The decree was published in the official gazette of Egypt in June.…
