EEU liberalises graphite electrode imports
The Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) has liberalised imports of graphite electrodes under HS code 8545 1100 20, the Eurasian Economic Commission says in a statement.
The decision was published on 29 January and became applicable ten days later, valid until 30 April 2020. Prior to this, a 5% import duty was applied to imports.
