EEC seeks Indian graphite electrode anti-dumping duty extension
The Eurasian Economic Commission's (EEC) domestic market defence department has recommended an extension of anti-dumping duties on graphite electrode supplied from India. The 16.04% and 32.83% duties are to be prolonged by another five years from 1 October 2018, Kallanish learns from an EEC report.
