EBRD helps fund Azerbaijani pipemaker expansion
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has provided its first corporate loan in local currency to Azerbaijani pipemaker Metak. The funds, equivalent to €8 million ($9.5m), will support the company’s expansion plans, Kallanish learns from EBRD.
Metak produces 159-720mm thick electric welded pipe, 32-426mm hot-deformed seamless pipe, various sizes of square and rectangular hollow sections, and 15-108mm galvanized welded pipe. T…
