Eastern Special Steel upgrades stainless steel capacity
Zhenshi Group Eastern Special Steel plans to upgrade its stainless steel making capacity and has published its replacement plan on the Economy and Information Technology Department of Zhejiang website on 2 April, Kallanish notes.
