EAF transition benefits USSK, Slovakia: president
The transition of US Steel Kosice (USSK) to an electric arc furnace-based operation would help Slovakia meet emissions targets and boost the steelmaker’s raw materials security, Slovakian President Zuzana Caputova said during a visit to the steelworks last week.
