EAEU postpones anti-dumping duties on Chinese graphite electrodes
The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) has imposed anti-dumping duties on graphite electrodes originating in China that have a circular cross-sectional diameter not exceeding 520mm, Kallanish learns from a Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) announcement.
Rates vary from 14.04% to 28.2%, depending on the manufacturer. The measure will come into effect on 1 October, rather than 1 April, for a period of five years.
