EAEU carmakers continue to produce less for Russia
Automotive enterprises located in Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries decreased January-March production of cars intended for sale in Russia, according to Russian analytical agency Autostat.
In the first three months of 2023, a total of 104,500 passenger cars were assembled, down by 30.5% on-year, Kallanish notes. In March alone output was at 34,800, less than in February (40,000 units).
