Donghua Steel plans new HRC line

Tangshan Donghua Iron & Steel in China’s Hebei Province plans to build a new 1,580mm HRC mill, and is currently applying for permissions from environmental authorities, Kallanish notes. The new HRC line requires an investment of CNY 2.68 billion ($373 million) and a construction period of one year, and is expected to reach 2.2 million tonnes/year capacity.
