Donghai Special trials cold rolling project
Hebei Donghai Special Steel Group has put its 5 million tonnes/year cold rolling and coating plant in Tangshan's Luanzhou City into trial production, Kallanish notes.
The company has invested CNY 16 billion ($2.39 billion) in what has been named a key project for the province. It is estimated that about 3,000 new jobs will be created, and annual revenue and tax payments could reach CNY 25 billion and CNY 750 million, respectively.
