Donghai Special plans Inner Mongolia coke plant
Hebei Donghai Special Steel general manager Lin Liangrong has been in talks with Otog Banner’s Mengxi High-tech Industrial Park in Inner Mongolia over the firm’s proposed investment in a 10 million tonnes/year coking project.
