Dongbu EAF could head to Iran
South Korea’s Dongbu Steel, which is currently being restructured in an attempt to make it an attractive sale, could offload an electric arc furnace to an unnamed Iranian steelworks, local media report. The mill’s creditors have struggled to find a buyer but hope there could be more interest once only the rolling mill is on offer, Kallanish reports.
