DOC set to make plate subsidy determination
The US Department of Commerce is slated to make a preliminary subsidy margin determination on discrete carbon and alloy plate from China and Korea on 7 September, Kallanish reports.
The counter-vailing duty determination covers carbon and alloy plate 4.75 mm or greater in thickness and excludes coiled plate products.
The petitioners in the case are ArcelorMittal USA, Nucor and SSAB.
