DOC to rule on Indian pressure pipe dumping

The US Department of Commerce plans to issue a preliminary ruling in its anti-dumping investigation of welded stainless pressure pipe from India on 4 May, Kallanish understands. The petitioners in the case are domestic producers Bristol Metals; Felker Brothers Corporation; Outokumpu Stainless Pipe; and Marcegaglia USA. The department estimates that the US imported $33.1 million of Indian stainless pressure pipe in 2015.
