DMK’s steel, pig iron output increases
Ukraine's Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Works (DMK), formerly Dzerzhinsky Works, increased crude steel production in January-September, the company tells Kallanish.
It amounted to 1.96 million tonnes, up by 5.8% on-year. In January-August it was 1.76mt, up by 1.8% (see Kallanish passim).
Nine-month-through-September pig iron production rose by 7.2% on-year to 1.79mt. Rolled steel production amounted to 1.94mt, up by 3.5% on-year.
