DMK increases steel, pig iron output
Ukraine's Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Works (DMK), formerly Dzerzhinsky Works, increased crude steel production in January-November, the company says.
It amounted to 2.35 million tonnes, up by 14.5% on-year. In January-October it was 2.2mt, up by 11.7% (see Kallanish passim).
11-month-through-November pig iron production rose by 17.3% on-year to 2.15mt. Rolled steel production amounted to 2.34mt, up by 12.7% on-year.
