DMK stops blast furnace for overhaul
Ukraine's Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Works (DMK), formerly Dzerzhinsky Works, has stopped blast furnace No.1M for an overhaul, the company says. The work is planned to be completed in 17 days.
Among the work to be carried out, the furnace charging device will be replaced and the refractory lining of the furnace shaft will be restored.
