DMK continues to increase steel, pig iron output
Ukraine's Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Works (DMK), formerly Dzerzhinsky Works, increased crude steel production in January-October, the company says.
It amounted to 2.2 million tonnes, up by 11.7% on-year. In January-September it was 1.96mt, up by 5.8% (see Kallanish passim).
Ten-month-through-October pig iron production rose by 14.2% on-year to 2mt. Rolled steel production amounted to 2.16mt, up by 9.9% on-year.
