DJJ to buy US recycler ISA
A subsidiary of The David J. Joseph Company plans to buy Louisville, Kentucky-based metals recycler Industrial Services of America (ISA), Kallanish learns from a company release.
The subsidiary – Rivers Metals Recycling – will pay just under $23.3 million for the company, according to ISA.
The transaction is slated to close by the fourth quarter or early in Q1 2020.
