Delong to start Xiangshui second-phase construction
Jiangsu Delong plans to start the second-phase construction of its Xiangshui stainless steel project in the fourth quarter, Kallanish notes.
The start date is over a year later than the original plan of September 2019, and commissioning should have taken place in December this year. The second phase is now expected to be completed no later than January 2022.
