Deere expects deeper sales cuts to come
Heavy equipment manufacturer Deere & Company seeks to pare down its operational costs in light of global economic headwinds, Kallanish learns from the company’s fiscal second-quarter earnings review.
Deere posted a profit of $495.4 million in the quarter ended 30 April on sales of $7.875 billion. In Q2 2015, the company reported a profit of $690.5 m on sales of $8.171 billion.
