Dalian Commodity Exchange details standards for scrap futures
The Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) is roaring ahead with plans to list Chinese steel scrap futures. So said Wu Junwei, assistant to the director of DCE’s second commodity department, at the 13th China International Metal Recycling Conference in Tangshan, attended by Kallanish.
