Daye Special to upgrade electric arc furnace
Daye Special Steel, a major subsidiary of China’s CITIC Pacific Special Steel, has submitted its electric arc furnace (EAF) upgrade plan to provincial authorities, Kallanish notes from the Department of Ecology and Information Technology of Hubei.
