Daye Special to purchase CITIC's Xingcheng Special
Daye Special Steel's listed arm reported to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on 25 December that the company plans to purchase CITIC's Xingcheng Special Steel. The two companies so far have not reached any binding agreements, Kallanish notes.
According to documents posted by Daye Special Steel on 24 December, the company has received a letter of intent from the transaction partners including Taifu Investment and five other local investors.…
