Daye sees slow start-up for bar mill
Central China’s Hubei Daye Special Steel, part of Citic, formally launched its new 900,000 tonnes/year bar mill on 11 November. The mill will not impact its 2015 results however, as it does not expect the line to reach capacity for some time, the steelmaker says.
