Danieli buys Fata from Finmeccanica
Italy’s Danieli tells Kallanish that it acquired 100% of Italian industrial plant constructor Fata from Finmeccanica on 6 October.
Fata is primarily involved as a plant and equipment supplier to the aluminium industry, Danieli says but its offshoot Fata Hunter also has “… distinctive capabilities” in the steel and stainless steel processing industries.
