South Korea's Daehan to buy Amsteel stake
South Korea’s Daehan Steel has signed a conditional agreement with Malaysia’s Lion Industries to buy its 50% stake in Angkasa Amsteel. The acquisition would expand Daehan’s presence in Malaysia while allowing Lion to raise cash for its planned acquisition of Megasteel, Kallanish notes.
