Czech unions, billionaire to bid for coal miner: reports

Czech miners’ unions have joined forces with billionaire Pavel Tykac and another investor to bid for New World Resources' insolvent coking coal mining subsidiary OKD, according to Reuters. The bidding team want to continue mining operations at OKD.
