CuFe sees significant mineral resource for Yarram
Australian explorer CuFe has reported a maiden JORC 2012 inferred mineral resource of 12.7 million tonnes for its 50%-owned Yarram iron ore project in the Batchelor region of the Northern Territory, Kallanish notes.
This resource comprises two deposits, Kraken, a high-grade replacement style deposit and Captain Morgan, a shallow low grade lateritic deposit.
The Kraken deposit includes a high-grade core that contains 5.6mt at 60.4% Fe.
