CSN secures funding for mining activity expansion
Brazilian integrated steelmaker Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional says its mining arm, CSN Mineração (CMIN), has signed a $350 million export pre-payment agreement with a coalition of banks. The 12-year term contract is set to support CMIN projects to improve and expand its Casa de Pedra mine, Kallanish notes.
