Crescent bags pipe coating order from China’s CHEC
Pakistan-based Crescent Steel and Allied Products has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) for pipe coating of bare pipe in diameters of 68 and 84 inches from China Harbor Engineering Company (CHEC). Bare pipe will be provided by CHEC, Crescent informs in a note seen by Kallanish.
According to Crescent, the coated pipe will be used for the K-IV project for the Greater Karachi Bulk Water Supply Scheme. The contract value is expected to be around PKR 3.2 billion ($14.7…
