Creditors to decide on OKD future in August

The Regional Court in Ostrava has accepted Czech coal miner OKD’s application for insolvency and appointed Leeho Loudu as administrator. Creditors now have two months to register their claims. A review of insolvency proceedings has been scheduled for August.
