Covid-19 to slash Indian steel demand: ISA

The Indian Steel Association (ISA) has revised down its forecast for Indian demand growth in 2020. Finished steel demand is now seen contracting -7.7% on-year to 93.7 million tonnes, versus the previous forecast in February of 5.1% growth to 106.7mt.
