Covid-19 slashes big chunk of Polish miner's output
Compared to initial guidance, Jastrzebska Spolka Weglowa (JSW) saw output drop 37,400 tonnes in March and 339,200t in April due to Covid-19-related disruption. This will not, however, have an impact on the firm’s ability to fulfil contracted coal or coke orders due to sufficient inventory levels, JSW says.
