Court upholds Mexican rebar dumping determination
The US Court of International Trade (CIT) has upheld an anti-dumping determination made by the US Department of Commerce regarding imports of rebar from Mexico.
The decision made by the CIT to uphold Commerce's results follows a challenge made by Mexican rebar producer Deacero regarding the use of Section 232 tariffs under President Donald Trump.
