Court suspends Vale`s Brucutu mine operations again
Vale confirms that it has again halted wet processing activities at its Brucutu mine, the miner says in a note sent to Kallanish. This follows a decision by the Minas Gerais Court of Justice to suspend the effects of a previous injunction by the Court of Belo Horizonte. The 18 March injunction had allowed the miner to resume operations of the Laranjeiras tailings dam and the Brucutu mine.
