Court favours Thai producer in decades-old trade case
The US Court of International Trade has ruled that the Department of Commerce wrongly applied import duties on certain imports of Thai pipes.
The ruling comes after a challenge by Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Co. The company disputed the final ruling by Commerce in an antidumping duty case originating in 1986 against imports of circular welded carbon steel pipe and tube from Thailand.
