Council of State rules Taranto can continue production
The Italian Council of State has annulled an earlier Tribunal of Lecce ruling that Acciaierie d’Italia must shut down the hot-end area at the Taranto works. The Council of State had already ordered the temporary suspension of the Lecce court ruling in March.
