Corsa forecasts higher met coal prices in 2016
Canonsburg, Pennsylvania-based Corsa Coal expects an uptick in both metallurgical coal pricing over the course of 2016, Kallanish learns from the company’s fourth-quarter and year-end earnings review.
In the fourth quarter, Corsa sold 171,000 short tons of coal in 2015 at a realised price of $69.15/st. Corsa’s production cost was $62.11/st, up 34% year-on-year.
