Construction to begin on US-Mexico rail bridge
Kansas City Southern (KCS) will begin construction next month on its second transnational freight rail bridge between the US and Mexico, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2023. This follows the acquisition of KCS by Canadian Pacific in a $31 billion deal confirmed at the end of last year that Kallanish understands is currently pending approval by the US surface transportation board.
