US construction proposals fall to 10-year low
US construction proposals fell in the second quarter to their lowest levels in a decade, says a report by PSMJ Resources, Kallanish reports.
According to the company's Net Plus/Minus Index (NPMI), which measures proposal activity for construction firms, proposals have fallen -22% in Q2. This is a significant decline from the 17% growth for the index seen in Q1.
