Construction industry continues to add jobs in June
The US construction industry has gained 158,000 jobs in June, according to an employment analysis by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), Kallanish reports.
Since the initial outbreak of Covid-19, the construction industry has gained back nearly half of the decline in March and April (-1.1 million jobs). Prior to June, the industry added back 453,000 jobs during May.
