Commercial construction recovery slows in the US
Commercial construction in the US has slowed down as the new year approaches, Kallanish learns from construction services group Marcum.
According to Marcum's commercial construction index, the momentum for US commercial construction has slowed in recent months, with the latest Census data suggesting that non-residential spending remains down 10.7% below January 2020's levels and 1.3% below last year's spending levels.
