US revisits some CVD orders on Korean CORE
The US Department of Commerce is initiating a change-of-circumstances review regarding countervailing duty orders on certain corrosion-resistant steel (CORE) products from South Korea, Kallanish learns from the Federal Register.
The request for the review comes from Dongkuk Steel. Commerce’s review will determine whether Dongkuk Coated Metal (Dongkuk CM) is the successor in interest (SII) to Dongkuk Steel Mill Co (Old Dongkuk).
