Commerce sets subsidy rates on Indian mechanical tube
In an administrative review covering the 2019 calendar year, the US Department of Commerce has determined the countervailable subsidy rates received by Indian companies on US imports of cold-drawn mechanical tubing.
Commerce set CVD rates of 5.35% for Goodluck India and 7.7% for Tube Investments of India for the period of review, according to a Federal Register filing reviewed by Kallanish.
