Commerce sets initial duties in Korean pipe review
The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that South Korean pipe was sold to the US at levels below normal value during the one-year period ended 31 October, 2020.
This particular administrative review covers circular welded non-alloy steel pipe, Kallanish notes.
Commerce set weighted average dumping margins of 4.07% for Husteel, 1.97% for Hyundai Steel, and 3.21% for 21 other Korean companies, including Dongbu Steel and Seah Steel.
