Commerce makes preliminary determination in Spanish flanges investigation
The US Department of Commerce has made a preliminary determination in its investigation of the alleged dumping of steel flanges from Spain, Kallanish learns from a notice published by the International Trade Administration.
In the results of its investigation, Commerce preliminarily found that Spanish exporters/producers sold steel flanges in the US at less-than-fair value from the period of June 2020 through May 2021.
