Commerce issues decision in standard pipe sunset review
The US Department of Commerce has concluded its portion of an expedited sunset review of the antidumping duties on imports of welded pipe from Oman, Pakistan, and the United Arab Emirates.
A Federal Register filing reviewed by Kallanish shows Commerce's determination that, should the duties be allowed to expire, dumping would be likely to recur at rates of 7.36% for Oman, 11.8% for Pakistan, and 6.43% for the UAE.
