Commerce delays dumping decision in OCTG trade case
The US Department of Commerce is delaying a preliminary decision in the trade case investigating the alleged dumping of OCTG by Argentina, Mexico, and Russia.
Originally meant to issue its weighted-average dumping margin determinations by 15 March, Commerce has now postponed the decision until 4 May.
